He embraced every job imaginable – from being a driver, mechanic, labor, farmer, plumber, carpenter and cleaner and etc, to working as a taxi driver, Uber driver , Ola driver, railway ticket agent to travels and tourism administrator. These roles were not mere employment; they were lifelines in a sea of adversity, each one honing his skills in adaptability and resourcefulness. This tumultuous period was further complicated by a desperate attempt to save his parents, leading to significant medical debt. The financial strain forced him to drop out of school, seemingly dashing his dreams and defying his parents' last wish for him to be the first in his family to graduate college. A local law back in the days that barred dropouts from re-entering university after three years seemed to seal his fate back in his country. However, a twist of fate presented itself in the form of a scholarship opportunity in Hungary. This was not merely a chance for academic pursuit; it was a beacon of hope and a pathway to fulfill his and his parents' dreams. In Hungary, Mohammed embarked on a transformative journey. He pursued his studies diligently, simultaneously gaining practical experience in various corporate sectors, including regulatory reporting, business analyst, auditing,collection analyst, Financial analyst, and investment trader. These experiences reinforced his belief in the importance of understanding an employee's perspective to be a successful employer. Mohammed's current expertise in finance, with specializations in accounting, investment banking, regulatory reporting, and data analytics, is a testament to his journey of growth and learning. His tenure in Hungary was more than an academic achievement; it was a period of honoring his parents' memory and realizing their aspirations for him. Today, Mohammed leads RSD Group not just as its administrator but as its visionary. He brings to the company a unique blend of life experiences, a deep understanding of both struggle and triumph, and a commitment to social responsibility. Unlike many of his peers, Shekh did not aspire to become an engineer or a doctor. Instead, he chose to study Geology, a decision that was met with skepticism and ridicule from those around him, including his own family and friends. Despite the constant bullying and being labeled as someone bound to fail, Shekh remained steadfast in his pursuit. His determination led him to a government university, a journey that required traveling 400 kilometers from his hometown. The challenges didn't end with his education. After graduating, Shekh struggled to find placement in his field. However, an opportunity arose in Hungary, where he was awarded a scholarship for his master's studies. This move proved to be transformative. In Hungary, Shekh not only pursued his academic interests but also explored his passion for the entertainment industry, taking on roles as an extra in movies and series. During this time, Shekh encountered a stark disparity in treatment between local Hungarian extras and those from ethnic minorities. He noticed that, despite his ethnic background, he was often paid more than his Hungarian counterparts for the same work. This inequity, along with the poor quality of food and treatment meted out to extras, deeply troubled him. He felt compelled to address these injustices but found himself constrained by his status as a foreign student. The turning point came when Shekh met Mohammed, the current CEO of RSD Group, at a film shoot. They shared a mutual dislike for the unfair practices they observed in the industry. Their meeting was fortuitous, as it led to a conversation by the Danube River, where they later met the IT Co-Founder. The trio, who started as strangers, quickly bonded over their shared experiences and struggles. They envisioned a company that would not only address the injustices they witnessed but also provide equal opportunities and respect to everyone, regardless of their background.
